With a degree in Chemistry, Marie-Laure has been an aromatician
with Fontarome since 1990.

of sublimating the taste of products that consumers eat every day, with a
preference for savoury products.”

With a Master’s degree in Chemistry from ARPAC (Le Havre)
and 4 years’ experience in formulating sweet liquid flavors, Julie joins the
Fontarome team at the beginning of 2023.
“I love combining chemistry and creativity to create
original flavors, with a preference for sweetness. I like to draw my
inspiration from my travels, but also from my strolls around the market
discovering exotic ingredients !“
